I worked with our UK product teams to write an emergency support email as the country went back into lockdown to start 2021. The email offered advice on saving money and tips to driving online sales.
This email promoted a Square x American Express partnership. It drove to a landing page with tips and advice on preparing for the summer rush of shoppers.

The Square Point of Sale (POS) app hadn’t been updated in over six years. This email was sent to existing users describing the new features at their fingertips. I also wrote a cross-sell email and an email to subscribers of the free POS app.
